Ann McIntosh

Chief Executive Officer, Director

Ms. McIntosh is CEO, Director, and Chief Compliance Officer of A.G.P. Canada. She is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including many years of experience with IIROC and FINRA member firms.

During her tenure, Ms. McIntosh primarily held senior positions ranging from Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”), President, and Directorship roles at various Canadian independent and bank owned broker dealers and their respective U.S. affiliates.

In 2013, she served as a member of the Ontario District Council for the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada.
