The Firm specializes in capital raises of public and private companies in the middle market arena. We have full-service capabilities with global ability to manage domestic and international transactions.
The Firm prides itself on providing its corporate and institutional clients with boutique-level services. We have a custody and clearing relationship with Raymond James Correspondent Services, a division of Raymond James Ltd.
AGP Canada is registered in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
The firm is also a member of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (“CIRO”) and the Canadian Investment Protection Fund (“CIPF”).
